Expenditure to David Lenz Media on January 3 2006 was not included in the expendiure report (Schedule F) nor was it included in the total political contributions maintained field. Unitemized political contributions under $50 were inadvertently left off the report.

The requirement to report Total Contributions Maintained (Cash on Hand) applies to reports due on or after September 1, 2003.
